Are your nails made to order?
Yes! All of our press-on nail sets are made to order, so please allow a little extra time for your set to be crafted with care before it ships.

What shapes and lengths do you offer?
We offer Square, Coffin, Almond, and Stiletto shapes in Short, Medium, Long, XL, and XXL lengths.

Can I request a custom set?
We love custom orders! Reach out to us via our Contact page to discuss your vision.

Sizing

How do I find my nail size?
Check out our full Nail Sizing Guide for step-by-step instructions, a size chart, and tips for getting the perfect fit.

What if I’m between sizes?
Always round up! For example, if your nail measures 13.5mm, order size 14mm for the best fit.

Do you offer sizing kits?
Yes! A sizing kit is the most accurate way to find your size. Shop sizing kits here.

Application & Care

How do I apply my press-on nails?
Each set comes with nail glue and a prep kit. For best results: clean and buff your natural nails, apply a thin layer of glue, press firmly for 30 seconds, and avoid water for at least 1 hour after application.

How long do press-on nails last?
With proper application and care, our press-ons can last 1–2 weeks. Avoid prolonged water exposure and use cuticle oil around (not on) the nails to extend wear.

Can the nails be reused?
Yes! If removed carefully, our nails can be reused. Use nail glue tabs for a gentler application if you plan to reuse them.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
Since all sets are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production plus shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right! 🌸
